ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.03.2017 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392, 397 of I.P.C. read with 26(2) of Arms Act, in Crime No.88 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of prosecution is that on 06.03.2017 at about 11.00 p.m., the defacto complainant was called by the petitioner along with 6 others and at the point of knife, they roobed Rs.250/0 from the defacto complainant.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that the petitioner along with others waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed Rs.250/- and the police recovered weapons and two wheeler, in which the accused used to travel for the commission of crime. He further submits that the petitioner has involved two previous cases and the investigation is under way about the involvement of this petitioner in this case and other cases and if the petitioner is released on bail at present, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the investigation of the case will be gravely prejudiced. 5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage and hence, this bail petition is dismissed.
