ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T. SELVAM,J.) This petition has been filed by the mother, seeking production of her daughter, Vaijayanthi, aged about 19 years. 2.The petitioner is present. Her daughter, the detenue is also present. The detenue is aged 19 years and informs of having married one Vijay, S/o. A.Mayalagu, Ghandhinagar Colony, Milaganoor, Sivagangai District, he having tied Thali around her neck. The boy informs his date of birth as 02.06.1998 and hence, as on date, he not attained marriageable age. However, the detenue wishes to remain in his company and not return to the parental home. Vijay infoms that his parents have accepted the relationship.

3.In the circumstances, Informing the petitioner that her daughter intents only to be in the company of said Vijay, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.

4.Detenue shall be taken to the Government Vigilance Home, No.1/341, V.O.C. Nagar, Yadhava Men's College Opposite, Thirumalpuram Post, Thirupalai, Madurai - 625 014 for formalities relating to her release, since the detenue is a major she cannot be kept against her wish.
