This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the first respondent to pass orders on merits on the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2025 seeking rectification of errors committed during the Updation of Revenue Records (UDR), without giving effect to the letter of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.4028443/2025/D1, dated 10.12.2025.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits and claim made by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to pass orders by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and rival claimants and after hearing both the parties within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
