Respondents Prayer: Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call the entire records relating to the detention of the petitioner's husband Jeyakumar, aged about 45 years, son of Krishnan, under Act 14 vide detention order dated 20.08.2015, on the file of the 2nd respondent herein made in C.M.P.No.20/2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the detenue now confined at Central Prison, Madurai before this Court and set him at liberty.
