ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.3 herein, who was arrested on 08.03.2020 for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) and NDPS Act, in Crime No.85 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 1/3
2.This is the fifth bail application filed by the petitioner on the ground that coaccused have been released on bail. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that evidences before the trial Court in C.C.No.159 of 2020 was over. On the side of the Prosecution arguments have also been completed. Now the matter was posted for defence side arguments. 4.At the length of time this petition has been filed, which is absolutely cannot be entertained.
