ORDER

Alleging that interim injunction granted by this Court has been breached, this contempt petition came to be filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader on written instructions from the jurisdictional BDO states that no application was received and no building plan approval was granted. The property in question has also not been assessed to property tax. It appears that an illegal construction has been put up. If that be so, remedy open to the petitioner is elsewhere. The contempt petition is closed.
