ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to pay retirement benefits such as the Gratuity, Commutation, Encashment of Earned Leave and Provident Fund to the petitioner with interest at 6% per annum with effect from 01.11.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The writ petitioner served the respondent Corporation for over 34 years. He retired on 31.10.2023. His grievance is that even though four months have expired since he retired, he has not been paid the terminal benefits. He seeks disbursement of the petition mentioned benefits. 2/4

4. The respondent Management is directed to quantify the benefits payable to the petitioner and pay the same within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
