Raja Bose under the prevention of Black marketing and Maintenance of supplies of essential Commodities Act, 1955 vide detention order dated 30.08.2015 on the file of the 3rd respondent herein made in Detention order C.M.P. No.07/2015 (CS) and quash the same as illegal and consequentially direct the respondents herein to produce the detenue, now confined at Central Prison, Madurai before this Court, and thereafter set him at liberty.
