Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 3rd respondent herein and her subordinates acting under her not to harass the petitioner and his family members without following due process of law and to take action against them on the basis of the petitioner's representation made before the 1st respondent herein dated 26.08.2016.

ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members, without following due process of law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent Police frequently called the petitioner and his family members to the Police station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry unnecessarily.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner was enquired only on the basis of a petition given against him; after enquiry, that petition was closed; now https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the presence of the petitioner is not required; and the 2nd respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner and his family members.

5.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
