Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the person (or) body of the petitioner's wife namely Sooriya aged about 25 years, D/o.Ramasamy before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to produce body of the detenue namely, Sooriya, D/o.Ramasamy, aged 25 years before this Court and set her at liberty. Petitioner claims that he has married the detenue. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor with the Investigating Officer has produced the detenue before this Court. We enquired her. She has stated that she is 25 years old and on her own volition she has come out of the matrimonial house and she has not been detained by any one. She has firmly informed us that she is willing to go along with her parents.
