This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to to expedite the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.50/2017 on the file of the respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent. 3.It is seen that FIR in this case has been registered only on 08.01.2017 and therefore, this Court cannot direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report within a time bound period. However, the respondent police is directed to expeditiously conduct the investigation in Crime No.50/2017 and either file a closure report or the chargesheet, as the case may be, before the competent Court in due intimation to the petitioner.
