The criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.35 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation in this case is already over and the final report is also filed and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.16 of 2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor.

3. In the above circumstances, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
