2.Apprehending that the respondents may lay road on his patta land, this writ petition came to be filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions from the jurisdictional Block Development Officer submitted that the proposal to lay the petition mentioned road has been dropped.
