ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by V.S.RAVI, J.) This is an application filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to produce his wife by name Dhanalakshmi, aged about 21 years and also to set her at liberty.

2.Today, when the matter is called, in the open Court, the third respondent has produced the detenue. The petitioner is also present. The petitioner identified the detenue viz., Dhanalakshmi. On enquiry, the detenue stated that her date of birth is 09.06.1996 and she has studied upto B.E. 2nd year. She has categorically stated in the open Court that no one illegally detained her or harassed her. Further, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner to produce the detenue - Dhanalakshmi and set her at liberty. In such circumstances, the detenue is set at liberty and she is given liberty to choose her own way of life. This Habeas Corpus Petition is ordered accordingly.
