It is an application seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal, to take the charge sheet on file, which was filed under Crime No.311 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the case in Crime No.311 of 2014 is now taken on file by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal.
