ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2.The petitioner herein was arrested on 29.02.2020, for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 366 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act in Crime No.188 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the mother of the victim girl aged about 50 years.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State seriously opposed to grant of bail stating that on account of lock down, the statement of the victim girl is yet to be recorded and if the petitioner is released on bail there is possibility of tampering the witness and interfering in the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
