*********** [Order of the Court was made by V.S.RAVI,J] The petitioner is the brother of the detenue, namely Chockkanathan, S/o.Chinnathambi, aged 27 years. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the detenue is present and the learned counsel for the petitioner is also present. The detenu appeared in person before this Court and identified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The detenue has asserted in open Court that no one has illegally detained him or harassed him.
