O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records relating to the FIR, in Crime No.26 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police and to quash the same.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the accused and the de-facto complainant are present with their respective counsel. They have filed a joint Memorandum of compromise stating that the matter has already been compromised between the parties and the de-facto complainant has no objection to quash the First Information Report stating that the disputes have been settled between them.

Report.

4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the entire proceedings in Crime No.26 of 2016, dated 21.05.2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police are hereby quashed. The joint compromise memo shall form part of the record.
