Respondents PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records connected with the detention order of the respondent No.2 in Detention Order No.9/BCDFGISSSV/2023, dated 08.02.2023 under Section 2(f) of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 as a Goonda and quash the same and direct the

respondents to produce the body or person of detenue namely, Krishnakumar, S/o.Ravi @ Mayavanathan, Male, aged about 26 years, now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing a proceeding in G.O.Rt.No.1564 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 20.03.2023 submitted that the detention order has already been revoked. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
