ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.329 of 2023 dated 11.07.2023 pending on the file of the respondent police within the time limit as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case and based on his complaint, the present FIR has been registered. However, without conducting proper investigation the case is still pending. Hence, this petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that in this case some of the accused are still absconding and they are taking steps to secure them. Further they will complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court within two months. 4.Recording the same, the second respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
