This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.01.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint dated 04.01.2018 was closed on 20.01.2018 based on the representation given by the petitioner. He also produced a copy of the said representation before this Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
