Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Learned Counsel appearing for the Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that already they had consider the claim of the petitioner and passed an order, dated 30.05.2023, stating that the petitioner will be made in the Panel and he will be given preference. But, the petitioner is not satisfied with this Order.
