Today, M/s.M.Tamil Selvi, Sub-Inspector of Police, Thirumangalam Town Police Station, is present in Court. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.529 of 2015 was completed and charge sheet was filed on 01.08.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam, but, the same has not been taken on file.
2. Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedies in the manner known to law. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam, is directed to pass appropriate orders in the final report in Crime No.529 of 2015 in accordance with law.
