Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARTHICK R.J., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition as to pay a sum of Rs.32,000/- to the District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar District imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3210 of 2023, dated 20.02.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This Court by an order dated 20.02.2023 had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner directing him to pay a sum of Rs.32,000/- to the District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar District. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the officer in charge informed the petitioner that no such account is maintained by the office concerned, hence the petitioner seeks modification of the said condition.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the condition in paragraph No.7, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.32,000/- (Rupees Thirty Two Thousand only) to the credit of Madras High Court Madurai Bench, Advocate Clerk's Welfare Association, Madurai-625 023 (Indian Bank Saving Account No.496039124, IFSC Code: IDIB000H040), without prejudice to this rights and contentions before the trial Court and produce the receipt/acknowledgement before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhunagar.
