This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.225 of 2015 and to file charge sheet in accordance with law.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the investigation in Crime No.225 of 2015 was completed and charge sheet has been filed on 10.12.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai for an offence under Section 379(NA) IPC against five accused persons.

3. Recording the same, this petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai to pass appropriate orders on the final report in Crime No.225 of 2015 expeditiously.
