Thiruppathi aged about 16 years to surrender before the learned Juvenile Justice Board Virudhunagar in connection with Cr.No.73 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and his bail application may be directed to be considered on the same day on merits and in accordance with law forthwith.

The application is filed for a direction to the Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar to consider the bail application of Tamialarasan, S/o. Thiruppathi, who is A2 in Cr.No.73 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, on the same day on merits and in accordance with law forthwith.
2.Mr.M.Jegadeesh Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the defacto complainant is the maternal aunt of the petitioner. Due to family dispute, the petitioner's father was implicated as accused No.1 in Cr.No.73 of 2016 and he was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9668 of 2016. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

Considering the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar and he shall file an application before the Juvenile Justice Board and the Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar is directed to consider the said application on the same day and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
