This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.176 of 2010 before the concerned Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, who would submit that the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed within a period of two months.

In view of the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.176 of 2010 and to file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
