O R D E R

On the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.87 of 2017 has been registered on 24.02.2017 by 2nd respondent Police under Section 381 of IPC against one Kasi, Saravana Kumar and Kumar Aasari.

2.The petitioner has filed the present petition for a direction to the 2nd respondent Police to include one Sudalai Muthu as accused in this case.

3.In the considered opinion of this Court, such a direction cannot be issued under Section 482 Cr.P.C. as that would amount to interfering with the process of investigation. The respondent Police is directed to conduct a thorough investigation in Crime No.87 of 2017 and take action in accordance with law either by filing a charge sheet or filing a closure report as the case may be and intimate the same to the petitioner.
