This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the first information report on complaint dated 11.08.2016 against the offenders for their crimes, committed against the petitioner immediately.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint dated 11.08.2016, given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.440 of 2016 dated 05.09.2016 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC. The said statement is recorded.

3. In view of the above statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
