ORDER
The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to permit the petitioner to restore his work as Warden in Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Boys Hostel, Chinnakamanpatti, Virdhunagar District by considering his representations dated 07.12.2017, 08.12.2017 and 23.04.2018. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, for permitting the petitioner to work as a Warden in Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Boys Hostel, Chinnakamanpatti, Virdhunagar District, he made several representations and lastly on 23.04.2018. In this regard, the second respondent has also addressed a communication dated 29.01.2018 to the 1st respondent along with necessary documents. However, no order has been passed so far, in respect of the claim of the petitioner. Hence, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner is before this Court.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the first respondent, on merits. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2018 on merits and in accordance with law and also keeping in mind the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.Tee2/16603/2017, dated 29.01.2018 and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
