..Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to produce the person or body of the detenue namely Minor.Butlin Gency, aged 17 years, daughter of Joseph Ebinezar, before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) The second respondent produced the detenue before us. The detenue informed us that she is not in illegally custody. She is presently living with the 3rd respondent after her marriage with him.

2. The detenue is a major. She is set at liberty.

3. This Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
