Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the petition mentioned representation dated 26.11.2018 would be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
