This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to execute Non Bailable Warrant(NBW) issued by learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Eranial, Kanyakumari District against the accused 1 to 3 in connection with C.C.No.184 of 2012.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Mr.M.Saravana Kumar, learned Counsel for the accused in C.C.No.184 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate cum District Munsif Court, Erarnial would submit that in a quash petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18295 of 2016, an order of interim stay was granted on 23.09.2016.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to file a petition if warranted.
