ORDER
The petitioner has filed this present Civil Revision Petition to direct the Hon'ble Family Judge at Madurai to expedite the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.363 of 2022.
2. It is noted that the petitioner has already initiated the proceedings to dissolve the marriage with the respondent, which is 1/4
pending before the Family Court, Madurai. The respondent has now filed H.M.O.P.No.363 of 2022 for restitution of conjugal rights, as a result of which, threre is a delay in disposal of the case.
3. Considering the above, the Court is inclined to dispose of the civil revision petition at the time of admission since no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondent by directing the Family Court, Madurai to dispose of the H.M.O.P.Nos.331 of 2019 and 363 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 9 nine months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. The present Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
