ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the case against the proposed accused in compliance of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhithurai in C.M.P.No.7743 of 2017 dated 30.10.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that after completing the enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.09.2017, a case has been registered in Crime No.120 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 294(b), 323, 506(i) and 379 of IPC., on 10.06.2018. He also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court.
