Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the first respondent pointed out that the petitioner is facing a calender case.

4. Therefore, the petitioner will have to necessarily move the jurisdictional Criminal Court for getting permission to travel abroad. No relief can be granted in this Writ Petition. The petitioner is directed to move the Criminal Court in which the Calender case is pending.

5. With this liberty to the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
