No.28, No.20th Street, COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners herein were arrested for alleged offence under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC.
2. Two complaints has been registered against these petitioners and in both cases they have been arrested.
3. From the First Information Report, this Court finds that the petitioners have trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and stolen articles and jewels.
4.Considering the nature of offence and stage of investigation, though the counsel for the petitioners prays that the complaints are belated one, this Court is not inclined to grant bail, since the entire stole articles are yet to be recovered.
5. Hence, these petitions are dismissed.
