Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner questions the impugned communication dated 14.12.2018 issued by the second respondent. It is only in the nature of passing of an information with regard to the filing of Form-7 by the office bearers of the Registered Society. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The communication as such is not amenable to challenge. That apart, since the dispute relates only to an affairs of the registered Society and the elections conducted for electing the members of the Executive Committee, I am of the view that the petitioner will have to be necessarily move the Jurisdictional Civil Court. It is made clear that the petitioner's rights have not been adjudicated. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to move the jurisdictional Civil Court for getting relief.

5. With this liberty to the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed.

No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
