ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the mother of one Ponnuthai @ Sowmiya, aged about 16 years. According to the petitioner, he has been found missing from 14.06.2015. Today, when the petition was taken up for hearing, the second respondent has produced Ponnuthai @ Sowmiya. On enquiry, she would state that she was along with the company of her friend Monisha and she was not kidnapped or detained illegally by anybody. The said statement is recorded.
