This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.148/2016 dated 10.05.2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Keeranur Police Station, Dindigul District.

2. Mr.Vemburajan, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Keeranur Police Station, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District, is present before this Court today.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the investigation in Crime No.148/2016 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 26.05.2016 before the Judicial Magistrate, Palani, but the same has not been taken on file.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani to pass appropriate orders in the final report in Crime No.148/2016 in accordance with law expeditiously.
