ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A5 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 272,273,328 of IPC and 24(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 in Crime No. 82 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution as per the de-facto complainant is that the petitioner along with other accused were found in illegal possession of banned tobacco products worth about Rs.14 lakhs. Hence the complaint.

3. Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is also reported that three similar previous cases are pending against the petitioner. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. It is seen that this is the third application for anticipatory bail and the earlier two petitions were dismissed by this Court on 10.01.2023 and 16.03.2023 and even after the dismissal of the two petitions there is no change in circumstances to consider the present anticipatory bail petition.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
