Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to produce the person or body of the petitioner's daughter namely S.Kartiga Devi, D/o.R.Srinivasan before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The petitioner claims that she is the mother of the detenue by name S.Kartiga Devi. The detenue went missing from 25.07.2015, whereupon, after searching for her whereabouts, a complaint, dated 27.07.2015 was given before the second respondent which resulted in registration of a case in Crime No.1250 of 2015 as "woman missing". However, the whereabouts of the detenue could not be traced till date. Hence, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed. 2.Though in the affidavit the petitioner has stated that the detenue is her daughter, except complaint given to the police, no document like birth certificate, school certificate etc., has been furnished to support such a claim. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition along with necessary documents.
