ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406,420,467 and 468 IPC in Crime No.33 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that on 06.09.2016, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, which was subsequently extended twice on 20.09.2016 and 07.10.2016 respectively.

4. Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner along with other accused cheated the defacto complainant, thereby grabbed the land of the defacto complainant and the petitioner had attested as a witness in the sale deed. He would further submit that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court, while granting interim anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court and also the fact that the petitioner is only an attesting witness, the interim anticipatory bail already granted by this Court is made absolute with a condition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a day daily at 10.00 a.m in the morining and 05.30 p.m., in the evening until further orders for interrogation.
