When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that

the respondent has duly complied with the order passed by this Court dated 20.04.2022 in W.P(MD)No.7383 of 2022. She has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent dated 3.04.2023, which shows that the order of this Court has been duly complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioner also agrees with the same.

2. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
