PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute pending in O.S No.122/2022 on the file of Ist Additional District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute pending in O.S No.122/2022 on the file of Ist Additional District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 23.02.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
