This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 14.02.2025 and to register the case in accordance with law.

2.According to the petitioner, she is the victim in this case and she lost a sum of Rs.3.5 Lakhs under job racketeering and thereby, she lodged the complaint before the second respondent on 14.02.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's complaint was received and apart from her complaint, two other complaints were lodged by some other persons and the same are under enquiry. 2/4

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of one week and act in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 11.03.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR To
