O R D E R
The petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, praying to direct the respondent not to Harass the petitioner in connection with the FIR in Crime No.4/2016 on the file of the respondent Police.
2.Dr.D.Gnanasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the daughter of the accused Nos.3 & 5 in Cr.No.4 of 2016 on the file of the respondent. The first accused was already arrested and released on bail and the respondent police under the guise of enquiry harassed the petitioner. He would further submit that in the earlier petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15340 of 2016 the respondent police reported that enquiry has been completed and closed. Again they issued summons to the petitioner asking her to attend for enquiry. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the accused have pledged the fake jewels and borrowed a sum of Rs.21,00,000/- from the Co-operative Bank. Despite the fact that anticipatory bail was dismissed against the fifth accused, so far she has not surrendered and the petitioner was issued summons only for enquiry.

4.In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready for enquiry, however, she could not have been harassed.
5.Considering the rival submissions, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner when she is appearing for enquiry.
