O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 20 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2.Heard Mr.Sanjay Sundaram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.D.Sasikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the first respondent and Mr.J.Jeya Kumaran, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and considering the fact that the respondents have no objection to the condonation of delay, this Court is inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered. 4.Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the appeal "for admission" in the usual course.
