Respondent / Respondent Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of The Constitution of India to direct the Family Court Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil to dispose the GWOP No. 207/2021 in a speedy manner within a time frame as fixed by this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 05/04/2022, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in GWOP No.207 of 2021, with in a period of two months, and the requisition letter dated 30/12/2022 in D.No.1395 of 2022, submitted by the Judge,Family Court,Kanniyakumari @ Nagercoil this Court made the following order:

"The learned Judge, Family Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil, sent a letter dated 30.12.2022, requesting further time of two months to dispose of the case in GWOP.No.207 of 2021, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 05.04.2022.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter, a further time of two months is granted from today to dispose of GWOP.No.207 of 2021."
