ORDER

The petitioners have sought for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus seeking to direct the respondents to pay the compensation for the lands acquired in S.No.5/2A, for the extent of 23.92 ares situated at Kulasekaranallur Thiruvidaimarudur Taluk, Thanjavur District in favour of the petitioners No.1 to 5 and in respect of 155 standing Teakwood Trees in the above property in favour of the sixth petitioner in terms of Central Act, 30 of 2013. 2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.Insofar as the compensation for the lands, the petitioners 1 to 5 shall make an appropriate application to the second respondent enclosing relevant documents, in support of their title and claim and the second respondent shall consider the said documents and the representation of the petitioners 1 to 5 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law. 2/4
